How to obtain legal heir certificate from Ghaziabad Sadar Tehsil?

Hi, I need to obtain a legal heir certificate for my deceased father, who passed away in Aug 2024, from Ghaziabad Sadar Tehsil.

If anyone has successfully done it, can someone please guide me with the process?

Thanks in advance!
