Am I decent at Cloak and Dagger?

I'm a Count Cloak and Dagger main with about 35 hours, but I don't know If I'm actually any good at CnD or if I've just brute forced my proficiency through time spent playing.

My per 10 minuets averages are as follows
KOs, 10.6
Assists, 22.5
Damage, 3,698
Healing, 13,890
and my overall win-rate is only 43%

I can't help feeling like those statistics don't seem very good for the level of proficiency I'm at (26)
