I (21m) am insecure about my partner's (21f) body count (35+)

I (21m) am in a relationship with my girlfriend (21f) for 2 months now. We were good friends before, and she told me about her past. She mentioned how she used to struggle to say no to guys and that she has a body count of 35 and stopped counting after a while.

Our current relationship is going really well, but I struggle to reappraise or accept this fact.

I know that all this is in the past, but I can’t help but feel insecure (– for context, my body count is 5) and repulsed by it. I’m not saying she did something wrong, I don’t mean to judge her choices, that’s just how I feel.

I feel conflicted because I know it’s probably unreasonable to break up over someone’s past and that some of these thoughts might be influenced by societal norms, but I ruminate over it a lot, and it really hurts.

TL;DR: I (21m) feel insecure (– for context, my body count is 5) and repulsed about my partner's (21f) body count (35+) and I don't know what to do.

What can I do in this situation? How can I save this relationship?
