Are Pampers Pure really phthalate free?

I know a similar question about Pampers Pure has already been asked on this sub but I’m wondering about phthalates specifically— are Pampers Pure really phthalate free?

I’ve read in some places that they contain small amounts of fragrance and also find it quite suspicious that Pampers doesn’t specifically market them as phthalate free. Huggies Little Snugglers, for example, says it on the box. I’m super bummed because Pampers Pure work really well for my daughter but I’m very eager to stay away from phthalates in particular. We’ve tried Huggies Little Snugglers and the fit isn’t as good.

So, does anyone know whether Pampers Pure are really phthalate free? And if not, any recommendations for a diaper with a similar fit that is phthalate free?
