This was my first set from BrickCool and overall I’m quite pleased with it, especially considering the price. I bought this from AliExpress and for a relatively cheap set the brick quality was okay.

It arrived without a box and a few pieces had some scratches and marks, which wasn’t ideal, but honestly that’s somewhat expected when ordering from AliExpress. Clutch power was good, some bricks needed a fair bit of force to push together.

The biggest pleasant surprise was the minifigures. They’re very similar to Lego in style, but the arms use an extra connector piece that lets them rotate in more ways than standard Lego arms. The printing quality on them is actually really good. My only gripe is that the legs connect a bit weakly to the torso, so if you pull the figure off a stud the torso can come off while the legs stay attached. For display though, it’s basically a non-issue.

Design-wise the whole set clearly takes inspiration from Cyberpunk 2077, with characters that look a bit like Jackie and male/female V, which I quite liked.

It also includes some small lighting bricks, but they’re very weak and there’s no way to connect them to an external power source, so I wouldn’t rely on them if lighting matters to you.

Overall though, I’d say it’s definitely worth the money, even just for the minifigures alone. I’m planning to use them to populate a larger cyberpunk city display alongside my LumiBricks sets, and I might even pick up another one just to get more of the figures.
