Where to Go Post-Bitzi?

Hi everyone!

I got a Bitzi for my almost 7 years old boy. He wasn't aware of the Digital Pet concept, but rather enjoyed the tactile design when a friend introduced it to him. While his friend was just playing with couple of pets, he really got into it. Took him 3-4 days to unlock everything.

He still enjoys it (and even did a reset to starts over), but I figured maybe it's time to try something that is not a 3 days toy.

A quick research lead me to either Punirunes or Tamagotchi paradise. I like the idea of him taking care of a Digital pet, but I don't think it's worth taking it to the extreme to a point that pet dies/leaving if he didn't feel like playing it for a while. Also, I'm opened for other options as well :-)

What do you guys think?

Bonus points: This 4.5 years is allowed for shorter timer to play his Bitzh, and she was doing surprisingly well for her age. Grasping the basics. So a game that perhaps in the future let them sort of co-play, is a cool gimick to have :)
