Thoughts about escitalopram?

It haven't worked on me yet, although its been 3 months since I've started taking it. Maybe it's because I drink caffeinated drinks, and eat sweets on a regular basis. It also makes me sleepy, I sleep for 3 hours in the day, even at school.
