Song with chorus lyrics Friday, friday, friday (between 2000 and 2004)

Can't find this song anywhere and I've been searching for years. All I remember that song starts with instrumental (beat loop intro) then voice comes in and says Friday Friday Friday, Come on, Come on, Come on (the same is in the chorus it only the artists sings those words plus there are other words, I just cant remember them). Before the chorus there is a voice that is shouting ”Let the house party!" Also the song is by male artist. I roughly recreated the chorus notes by memory in a DAW, just imagine the that notes are the vocal. Here is the link to Friday chorus vocal notes
