Sick and slowly losing hope

PPIs / H2 Blockers

I 21F have been having gi issues since April. I actually had a full on impaction after only not using the restroom for 2 days. I went to the er and was sent home cause I was just constipated but came back the flowing morning in even more pain and thankfully the next doctor took me seriously. I ended up staying at the hospital for 24 hours and then was released. Had a colonoscopy came back normal. Everything was good until October. I started randomly throwing up every morning and feeling very sick after drinking coffee. They did a endoscopy and found mild chronic gastritis. They tried to put me on omprazole but it made me not sleep so they switched me to voquezna. I have been sticking to the diet, I've been not eating late, drinking plenty of water everything and im still stick now. I take birth control im starting to wonder if that has anything to do with it but I've been on it for years. Does anyone know what this could be im starting to wonder if its just gastritis. Ive had stomach pain, fatigue, what feels like palpitations and I even threw up this morning after not for like a month.
