How do I save my file?

I have csp pro, but had to open a file the trial version cause i had no internet connection. Now clip studio is logged into my account with the Pro subscription, but won't let me update the actual application window, where it still says free trial clip studio paint pro. Can I somehow update the application window to also log into my account? Or do I just have to waste what I just drew?
