Signed a 3 year contact. The service has been absolutely awful, with no end in sight. Can’t cancel early without paying the full amount due. Cameras stopped working FIVE MONTHS AGO and can’t get them back on without a tech coming out to charge me $150. A full scam. Tech support doesn’t know what’s wrong.

A huge tree fell in my back yard… cameras didn’t catch it. Totally pointless service. How can I get out of this contract?
