Is billiards business good?

Planning to have a billiards business here in cavite. The locations is not in main cities like mga bayan. It is inside the area where the are like 3 subdivisions. The location is commercial but the foot traffic is not that high since medyo kalsada siya papuntang mga subdivisions where puro nakasakay sa tricycle ang mga tao. Our budget is around 150k. The rent of the potential space is 15k/month, open air since roll up style ang place which is around 100sqm kasama ang second floor, and ang ilalagay ko na table ay 2. Plus, medyo may pagka cafe siya where mag offer kami ng silogs and coffee and juices, even soft drinks and snacks. Is it feasible kaya if 100 ang per hour and planning to open 8am-12mn since ang target namin ay mga neighboorhood lang, or if it is good din kaya to exceed at midnight?

Also, my boyfriend is a known streamer online which is I think makakatulong for promotion ng businesss namin.
