I Don’t Just Want Your Touch. I Want Your World
There are moments with you that feel almost electric.
Not loud. Not extra,Just this peaceful pull that lives somewhere under the surface of everything
The way you look at me sometimes.
The way your voice softens when we talk late at night.
The way your touch lingers just a second longer than it probably should.
And for a while I thought that was enough
But lately something inside me has been whispering a different truth
I don’t just want to feel you in small hidden moments
I don’t just want the quiet gravity of you when the world goes still and it’s only the two of us floating in conversation
I want to see youin the world
I want to see the way you move through a room when you aren’t half-guarded
The way you laugh with people.
The way you carry yourself when you aren’t tucked away behind a screen or a late-night conversation
Because touch can be powerful…lbut touch alone lives in a very small space.
I want context.
I want sunlight.
I want to know the version of u that exists outside the quiet intimacy you give me in pieces.
The version your friends know.
The version the world gets to experience.
Maybe thats selfish.
Maybe that’s asking for something bigger than what this connection was ever meant to be.
But sometimes I wonder if the reason it feels so intense is because it only lives in these fragments.
And fragments can feel like everything… until you realize you’ve never actually seen the whole person.
So now I find myself sitting with a strange thought
Maybe what I’m craving isn’t more of your touch.
Maybe what I’m really craving…
is the chance to see you fully alive in the daylight of your own life.
nd to know whether there is a place for me in that world
or if I only ever existed in the quiet corners of it.
