10 dorms for freshmen... which one best fits my needs?

I'm an incoming freshman(class of 2030), and I'm now finding information online for dorms, but I found it rare. Which building has a single, and among these which has the best overall amenities and room layout all these kinda stuff? I don't mind whether it's modern or traditional. What is the chance of me getting a single?

btw, are we only choosing traditional/modern and single/double? can I request not living in a dorm with a communal bathroom? can I pair up with suitemates in advance?
