IDL that in California, we voted to stop the time change but we the lawmakers have not stopped it.

Years ago there was a ballot measure in California to stop using Daylight Savings Time. The politicians have not yet enacted the laws to discontinue changing.

So this morning, I have to go around and change clocks to be sure we are not late for anything. This is so annoying.
