Do you do your own bookkeeping or hire someone? What finally pushed you to make the change?
Running a small shop and doing my own books has been working fine but I can feel it starting to slip as we get busier. More jobs means more receipts to log, more invoices to track, more stuff to reconcile at the end of the month.
Curious where everyone else landed on this. Did you keep doing it yourself and just get more disciplined, hire a part-time bookkeeper, or hand it off to an accountant? Was there a moment that made you change your approach?
