Please help, I'm scared to do anything in my flat now.

WWYD? Vent/Rant

TLDR: Noise harassment by neighbour over me doing normal everyday things. I do not know what to do whilst I'm patient with my landlords process.

I live on the ground floor. I have previously posted in an apartment subreddit about the neighbour who lives directly above me. Since those posts, her behaviour has escalated and I feel this sub fits the situation better.

Whenever I flush my toilet, she would bang. Then she would follow me where I went next in my flat, and bang again. Last weekend I took a shower at 2pm - I am disabled, so showers take longer than usual especially if I'm washing my hair. My shower probably lasted half an hour, and for 20 minutes of that shower she was loudly banging directly above me. Because I was taking a shower.

When I came out of the shower, I turned my dehumidifier on (recommended by building management). Then she started to wail (like, cry really loudly). She then banged throughout the whole apartment, loudly, and started dragging things and bashing things on the walls. She invited someone over and she started to loudly shout at her guest about me. Usually I can't hear words through the ceiling, but because she was so loud I could. I had to call over some family so I could feel safe using a hairdryer on my hair. When they came, she went silent.

I decided to go visit my family for dinner as I didn't want to stay in that flat alone at that point. When I came back, she had a different guest who she was talking to at the point, and she started loudly talking about me again. Then directly running and banging above me. I caught this on camera, and told my landlord who was already aware of some of the noise issues. This is all after she had been sent an official noise complaint letter by the landlord due to complaints from the neighbour above her and myself.

The next day she started banging even worse, and dropping heavy objects above my head as I was sat on at my vanity doing my makeup and then when I was on the toilet. She invited over a guest again and started crying to them about how I was making noise on purpose (I'm just living my life) and they eventually shouted at her that she was the one making the noise.

Other things she has done are: Complaining of me moving in my bed (not just the mattress, but the moving of my duvet), said "I can hear you" through the floor when I was creeping to bed, told me to stop running water through the floor, told me to stop moving around when i've been getting ready to go out (through the floor again) and she has loud phone calls above me where she passively aggressively complains about me.

Once she came home, saw my Livingroom lights were on and just loudly stomped even though I was making no noise- just because she knew I was there. I have never met someone with so much anger.

I have informed my landlord and they are working with me. Recently they sent the above neighbour an email about the issue, but yesterday she was slamming her cupboards whilst I use my kitchen and dropping loud objects above my guest. She is also still following me through the ceiling, just quieter now. It's like she is so angry by my existence that she can't help herself.

My landlord recommended I use LoudLog to record sounds and create a professional report, so thats what I'm doing. But what do I do when shes home and I just want to live? Do I just let her escalate and get mad? I'm scared over doing normal things.

The crazy thing is, we were on good terms when I first moved in. I told her to knock on my door if I was ever too loud and she agreed- but she has NEVER done this and has always screamed, banged and shouted through the floor. After the first couple of times, I went upstairs and politely told her I couldn't tell the difference between her banging on the floor if she was annoyed or just loud walking, and she told me she "hadn't heard anything" from me and that she would inform me by talking to me at my front door if I was too loud. But again, she's never done this.
