Basecoat for peeling nails - UK available

I have struggled with my flexible and peeling nails all my life, and discovered recently that my current base coat might be making matters worse, as it contains PVB (Barry M Basecoat/Nail Hardener, which I had found to be pretty good for my nails with them getting stronger and growing longer, but still struggled with peeling).

Does anyone have any recommendations for a non-PVB containing base coat, that you can reasonably get in the UK?

I've seen about Nailtiques Formula 2 a lot on the sub, but I can't see anywhere (reliable) to buy it from, so any help is much appreciated!
