Underside of my(23F) breast has thickened and hurt(+other symptoms) for 4 months and doctors refuse to find out the reason. I am desperate and scared

I'm hoping to hear if someone here has experienced similar symptoms and could share their experience. It would be a great help to find out what could possibly be wrong. I'm very concerned and scared. I cry everyday because I don't know what's wrong with me.

Any help and shared experiences will be greatly appreciated.

This post is long, so first is summary of things i'm experiencing. A more detaild description of everything is written below.

Here's a summary of all the symptoms:

1. 4 months ago felt thick mass in left underboob, hurts when touched. Has grown and become more painful, shape of it noticable when lifting arms. Little bit of clear liquid from nipple when squeezed. Ultrasound showed nothing.
2. For a year I've had lower stomach pain and swelling similar to menstrual pains between periods, as well as slight bleeding. Pap smear showed nothing.
3. Persistent acne even after accutane and while using prescription topicals
4. Tired no matter how much sleep
5. Increased sweating
6. Increased hair on upper lip, chin, jaw, around nipples
7. Slight hair thinning/receeding of forhead
8. Sudden weight loss with no change in habits

Now the details.

BACKROUND:

I'm 23F, no underlying physical conditions diagnosed. Copper IUD, no hormonal birth control. Only medication I take is for ADHD. Nipples pierced professionally for approx 8 years and fully healed, don't ask me how I managed :D

There's history of breast cancer in the family. Also very sure my mom had Endometriosis or PCOS, she had severe menstrual pains and stomach/bowel issues, as well as trouble with infertility/miscarriages. I'm a miracle child that was born through an extremely difficult and bedridden pregnancy. I'm no contact with my mother, so can't find out more.

I live in Finland and use the public healthcare system that the goverment has ruined. No health insuranse and this isn't covered by my jobs health care package.

SYMPTOMS:

Four months ago, around November-December 2025, the bottom are of my left breast started to hurt.

It feels like the tissue there is thicker and not soft. The bottom of the breast has become bigger during the months, so now there's a size difference between my breasts which I didn't have before.

My boobs are extremely small to the point i'm almost flat, so the difference is very clear. When I raise my arms, there's a clear "extra bit" you can see, that extends under the boob. That area is the one that hurts if touched, squeezed, leaned on etc, even if i hug someone it hurts. This area is about two fingers wide and 6-8cm long. In comparison, my other boob is super soft and "loose", there's no thickness to it whatsoever.

If I massage and squeeze my left breast, a very tiny amount of clear liquid comes out of my nipple. The breast is not red or burning, and does not feel or look inflamed in a way that would indicate an infection.

Other things I have noticed with my left breast but feel like could be my hyperawareness of it would be a warm, tingling weird sensation that comes and goes, a weird looking patch (1cm diameter) of skin on the left side near the areola, a red dot that appeared today on the areola. The left breast might be warmer to the touch than the other one, but not significantly so I might be just imagining that.

I have none of these symptoms on my left breast. These symptoms are constant and don't change with my menstrual cycle. Menstrual cycle is consistent. During the months the symptoms have only become more noticable, underboob has gotten bigger, more painful etc.

HEALTHCARE:

I have contacted healthcare several times over this as the symptoms have worsened and have been sent to ER where doctors have checked it out. None of them felt a lump but some recognised and agreed with me that there's thickness to the left underboob.

I was sent to get an ultrasound of my breasts and nothing was found. They haven't done an X-Ray or MRI, biopsy, bloodwork or any other tests, only physical examination and the ultrasound.

OTHER SYMPTOMS AND CURRENT SITUATION:

I contacted healthcare after the ultrasound to request further care regarding my breast symptoms, as well as other things I felt might be relevant. Here's the list:

- Lower stomach pain and swelling similar to menstrual pains between periods, as well as slight bleeding. They did a pap smear and nothing came up. My period cycle is consistent. No further investigation. I've had these symptoms for a year now.

- Incurable face and neck acne that I've had since my period started, so at 11 years old. I've done topical and oral antibiotics, Accutane, and currently using strongest prescription Tretinoin and Azelaic acid daily without irritation. No other scincare actives, just super gentle non comedogenic sunscreen, moisturizer and facewash. Also gluten- and milk-free for years. I still get new painful acne every day

- No sex in months because I'm too tired. I feel that I never get enough rest no matter how long I sleep

- Recently I have started to sweat more and I feel it smells stronger than before

- I feel like my upper lip, chin, jaw and area around my nipples has gotten hairier. I've also started getting black thick hairs on my areolas sometimes. I have light hair and i've always been a bit hairy, for example my arms have always been quite fluffy, but I think what I mentioned above hasn't always been like that.

- I feel my hair has thinned on my forehead, you know those indents on sides when a man's hairline receeds? Kind of the same, but not very dramatically

- I've recently lost about 4-5kg of weight without change in diet or routines. I've weighed around 51kg for years, but suddenly it's around 46kg. I'm 160cm tall. I know this could also be just stress from the situation.

Nurse made a summary of this and sent to the doctor to evaluate. Doctor said the boob is fine and will not be investigated further.

They gave me an appointment due to the other symptoms mentioned above, so I will get to see a doctor in April.

I'm extremely scared and anxious due to all of this and I'm afraid I won't get proper care before it's too late. I'm contemplating if I should go to a private clinic, but that would mean spending my last savings.
