Where can I change graphic settings for PS5 (base game)

Good afternoon guys, recently purchased mafia the old country. Just getting around to playing. I can't see anywhere in settings were I can change to have the game run at 60fps with lower resolution. I've paused the menu, settings and display. All I see is V-Sync and HDR settings.

Any ideas if I can change resolution to 1440p to get a solid or close to 60fps?

Thanks
