Elhers and sinus surgery

Hello! So I've been diagnosed with hEDS and am waiting for genetic testing on others. I had sinus surgery Friday Septoplasty, right frontal sinusotomy and bilateral concha bullosa resection My OR team was very careful (thankfully) so I woke up with little pain, however I'm having swelling where we thought I wouldn't (eyes) so that's fun. Has anyone ever had these procedures done with Elhers? I'm trying to find advice on how to deal with the swelling since I cannot put an icepack straight to my face for long but also cannot take ibuprofen due to other pain medication and stomach issues. Also has anyone else had issues with their sinuses that their doctors linked to their eds? I enjoy learning about things that seem to go hand in hand with the disorder! Sorry if this seems all over the place, still on pain medication and having a bit of a hard time with typing due to the dizziness/unsteady feeling from where they messed around in my face haha
