DAE feel like they have a switch in their brains that makes what you’re doing “boring”

I definitely didn’t describe that well, but does anyone else have it where they’re doing an activity, (working, creative stuff, video games, reading) and are super into what you’re doing… Then suddenly as if out of no where your brain goes “I am no longer having fun” and instantly zaps all interest from whatever you’re doing? It drives me absolutely insane but once that thought crosses my mind, I CANNOT motivate myself to continue doing whatever I was doing, even if it was fun minutes ago….
