Quasimorph Augments and implants?

How do you get them? in patch 9.9 i see in the status of the quasimorphs that there are a lot more quasi implants, how do i get them? do i need to go melee and be lucky with the amputations? i know i can visit the bramfaturas but ill be lucky if i get 1 augment per floor.
