How is that possible? (Unsuccessful history)

DON'T READ IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM IN TRUSTING THE LAW

I have a seen a lot of successful history's and I believe that LoA must be real in some degree I myself already manifest small things

But I hear that years ago that my great-grandmother was really sick and needed a expensive surgery, so my family to try to make she fell better and relief ask a doctor to just give anesthetic and after that, they tell to her she is healed now.

She get excited and start to think and speak of all good things that she was going to do and enjoy more her life (even in her old age) but even that she was truly believing and really thinking she was healed she just gets worse and end up dead.

How could law of attraction explain that? Probably she discover that the surgery was fake or something else? And sorry for the sad story ☹️
