Any good anki decks or notes to help with the second section of MRCS part A?

Short version of my situation: fatigued IMG resident who wants to crack the April 22nd paper, and my study schedule is just really inconsistent right now, with March being the only remaining month where I get some free time. My 1st section mock scores (basic sciences) in the Pastest website is fairly consistent right now, with me being able to hit mid 70s or 75+ in majority of the papers, but the second section is just way too factual and there are just too many points to mug or remember. I was getting low 70s, but I ended up dipping to 69% in my last paper. I just don't see any improvement and it's honestly disheartening after 2 months of prep.

I've heard of Salah notes, and i will definitely check them out now but are there any good resources that specifically target sections like ERAS and NICE protocols, as well as perioperative and postoperative surgical nutrition? Any help would be appreciated.
