How do you work AI generated web UI which doesn't feel good

Hello, I recently developed a personal website page, a process that involved over a week of intensive coding. Despite the significant effort, I remain unsatisfied with its layout, spacing, and color scheme, among other elements, primarily due to my limited expertise in front-end development. I am curious how others construct website pages that avoid the appearance of an AI-generated template. Are there any tools available that offer a minimal learning curve, particularly for integration with an existing website? I am aware of platforms such as Velo, Wix, and Framer, but I find them insufficiently flexible for my current needs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
