Bf read my diary

My boyfriend is trans and he read through my diary and found my last entry where I talked about feeling a bit sad that he doesn’t shower with me or get naked in front of me, also that we won’t be able to have biological children. I know these are these he can’t control and I love him dearly, now he’s so upset and wants to talk about it but he’s never been open about it and gets so upset when it’s every brought up. He keeps pushing me to be honest and tell him but I just don’t know what to say. He says he gets that it wasn’t okay to read it but that it was about him so he deserves to know.
