Hardwood, Engineered Hardwood, or LVP? Help!

My wife and I are closing on a house in less than a month. It has ugly pink carpet we will be ripping up and we assume there is not gorgeous hardwood floors underneath. We don't want carpet so should we go with real hardwood, engineered hardwood or LVP? It's probably 1,000 sq ft to replace. cost doesn't really matter. Help!
