Requesting unused ticket refund help

I was booked to fly on the 21st of March However with the unforeseen circumstances happening in the region. Been advised to refund the ticket as Emirates are only offering ticket exchange until 30th April which doesn't work as I was hoping to exchange ticket until end of year in hopes the situation would get better

My question for anyone that has experience in this, when selecting the refund option. There is an option for fully unused ticket and also an option for skyward miles. I booked using miles+cash Will I get both these back when requesting for a fully unused ticket refund?
