Did I make the right decision?

Hi I'm Josh and I'm 19. I was talking to a girl who was 18 for a couple of days. She liked me and I liked her. We were planning on going on a date to a restaurant but then she said she couldn't so I tried asking about maybe Friday, Saturday, or even Sunday if those would work. She had a excuse for each different day which I thought was a little weird. She Never even tried to pick a different day. The thing that really messed me up was that we where gonna go out to like olive garden on Thursday but she said she couldn't...had to be home with family which makes sense. But then her location at the time of the date shows her at some completely different location. at the gym or at the store. Felt like a real slap in the face. She said she liked me but wasn't gonna put in the effort to go on a date?? Once I saw she lied to me about being "busy" I got so upset left her on read. And she told me that she has more important things in life like school, friends and family. After I saw that text I was devastated and removed her. What girl that likes a guy doesn't make time to want to meet and talk or even ask and get to know the person. Felt like I was the only one putting in effort and trying to get to know her. Every time I would ask a question she would answer a little dry and then immediately send a face Pic. Idk if that was to shut me up about asking questions so she could just see me or something else. It felt like she only liked me for my looks maybe, not for my personality. Or she just wanted me for something "fun" like hooking up? I was looking for something more serious and not just hooking up. Did I make the right decision to remove her from my life even though I wanted it to work out but felt like stuff wasn't adding up and there where things already make me question her.
