Time change/med change driving me crazy

When my dog first started his epi meds it was a little over a year ago. He was getting them at 7am/7pm. With how we were recently it moved to 6am/pm because of the other time change. Now that this one is back does it move baxk to 7am/pm? His hunger is throwing me off more than anything because i dont remember what time i was feeding him before the first time change but he’s been eating around 5:40am. If it was 2 days ago it’d be 4:45 right now but he’s hungry like its feeding time. This is frying my brain lol

I know some of you incrementally adjust times but i wanted to keep the same one. So would the meds be giving now at 7am/7pm since thats what i first started on ? It became 6am/pm and with this time change it goes back to 7am/7pm ? The feeding hours are confusing me too but his meds are the most important
