YC alleges they look for life hackers but give money to privileged young boys

Am I the only one to see the disconnect here? I’m subscribed for them on LI. Almost every project they fund is ran by a person who’s a young graduate of a prestigious college. Like, ok, if that’s your preference for a founder. Nothing new. But why are you saying you are looking for a hacker. Or they just confuse a hacker for a brat boy? I’m not sure.
