Newbie question

Hi, I have a problem. While I was changing my budget case (Inplay Meteor 03) to a new case (Darkflash DLV22).

Fans started spinning and the pc does not post. So I tried to reseat my cpu and gpu, also the 8 pin and 24 pin connections.

Then my pc wont start and fans do not work. I tried the screwdriver jumpstart but the fans do not spin. I also tried jumpstarting my psu and it works. I tried also reseating the cmos battery and I am out of options.

Here are my specs: Ryzen 7 5700x Xfx swift 9060 xt 16gb Asus Prime b550m-a pro wifi ii 4x8gb Gskill Ripjaw 3200mhz Coolermaster MWE V2 bronze (650W)
