Hey! 👋
Hiring (or getting hired) in The world is tough because trust is everything… but impossible to prove.
A plumber in Africa does amazing work for 6 months — how does someone in America or Asia know he’s legit? Same for teachers, drivers, graphic designers, accountants… everyone.
So I built Globlync — the national network that fixes this.
✅ Create a clean professional profile
✅ Log every job you finish
✅ Clients scan a QR code or AI verifies it instantly
✅ Boom — you now have a real, evidence-based digital resume that proves your skills nationwide
✅ Businesses & advertisers can search the entire country for trusted talent
It’s built for us: informal artisans, formal professionals, job seekers, and anyone who wants higher-paying gigs.
Right now you can join completely free and unlock 2 full days of Pro features just by completing one quick offer (takes 2 minutes).

I’m from Malawi and this is 100% bootstrapped. I’m not here to sell — I just want to see Malawian talent finally get the recognition and opportunities they deserve.
Fellow Friends —
Artisans & freelancers: would you use this to get better clients?
Employers/business owners: would you hire through verified profiles?
Everyone: what’s the biggest trust problem you face when hiring or looking for work?
Drop your honest feedback, questions, or even your job type below — I’m replying to every comment today. Let’s build something that actually moves the needle for the Warm Heart of the continent ❤️
