This is my personal ranking for this month's Kurasu + partner subscription plan beans:

**1. Ethiopia** \- loving the subtle white grape notes. Just a super clean, not too acidic, slightly sweet cup. Love it.

**2. Rwanda** \- amazing, especially as iced using [Kurasu's iced v60 method](https://youtu.be/TmqrGEWBOp4?si=8yzYA2DyGpCJnL3e). Literally tasted like Assam tea - never had coffee like this before.

**3. Kenya** \- enjoyed my first few cups but have been getting earthy notes lately, which i'm not the biggest fan of.

**4. Mexico** \- my first time trying Mexican and I was really looking forward to the papaya and orange notes, but I'm just getting acidic cups. They're still drinkable, just not as good as the rest.

I've been using Yoshihara's v60 method with 92C (Kurasu suggested temp) instead of 90C with these beans and I'm not getting any of the notes listed on the bag. It's drinkable but not memorable at all. Not sure if it's my technique or the beans just ain't great.

Kurasu subscribers - what do you guys think of these Mexican beans? If you're enjoying them, care to share a v60/switch recipe I could try out? Been neglecting this bag in favor of the rest, especially the 🔥 Ethiopians.
