Going back to sex

Hi

So I have been suffering with a chronic anal fissure for about 5 years. Over the years I have had 2 Botox treatments and now in December a lateral shpincterotomy. I am not starting to really notice that I am not starting to tear when I pass certain stools. I want to leave it longer before I go back to sex just so I’m a little more comfortable.

what are people’s advice before going back to it.

What have people done to help them selfs go back to sex after having a lateral sphincterotomy?
