Best professions for successful AFK right now

So I’ve decided not to do any gathering anymore. I have enough concentration alts and actually need to start thinking about my main etc! 😂

So I’m going to unlearn mining and herbing on my Druid and pick up something to make some passive afk gold.

I was thinking milling and prospecting but if I set them up today and get treasures first time crafts etc, how long before they become profitable?
