1. Find a friend and join the queue and fill for a third.

2. Once in game, follow your 3rd fill towards their quest objective. Be on the lookout for a high value target or an alarmed cache.

3. Engage an HVT or cache event and immediately withdraw from the fight and hope that your 3rd teammate doesn't notice.

4. Ideally, the fill gets overwhelmed by combat and goes down. Wait out their timer and loot their body - bonus points if they entered with a loadout.

5. Up to you at this point to revive them anyway or just exfil and hope you never matchmake with them again.
