Villagers in Everbright and XP Farm - BETTERMC4 FORGRE

Hi!!

Currently playing BETTERMC4 on Forge, and I have two questions!

Do villagers and iron golems in Everbright work the same as villagers in the Overworld? Could I set up a trading hall and iron farm here?

Also, what is the best XP farm to build before the End?
