hard hat recommendations?

Hey ladies!

My hard hat has finally given out on me and I'm getting sick of adjusting the harness with my needlenoses. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions as to where I can get a new one where the back strap part with the knob adjusts up and down so that I can wear my hair differently everyday. I went to Mr. Safety Shoe yesterday and all the lids there were definitely made for people with short hair smh
