what's the manga about a mysterious small town in japan, and a guy with esp that lets him punch holes into stuff

hello, i've been combing thru my mangadex reading history and i cant find it, it's a somewhat short manga of about 30 chaps i think, where the mc who is able to punch holes into stacks of paper if he concentrates really hard, he goes to this small town for some reason, and finds out more about this power, in this town there are others who have this esp, and the more you use this esp the more a pimple on their forehead grows, like a third eye, the mystery of this esp ability and the town are interconnected. If i recall, the name of the manga is something like "the mystery of Townname". thanks in advance.
