Background• Senior HR Analyst and Senior HR Specialist with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR analytics• Unit Section Chief responsible for HR analytics, workforce demographics, salary trend analysis, and HRIS reports for management• Experienced in policy review, drafting, and compliance analysis• Background in Oracle and SAP database administration• Experience consulting on HRIS system design and HR data structures• Certified in HR Analytics (University of California, Irvine)
