Moza R3 Xbox work on pc?

Hi guys I was looking to upgrade my set up, I'm interested in the moza R3 and can see there is pc and Xbox edition.

I saw an option where I can get the Xbox edition quite cheaper than the pc version but does this xbox edition work on pc also? Also is there any major differences other than wheel buttons from what I can see.

If it does I can then spend the saved money on upgrades somewhere else. Thank you in advance
