I Built an All-in-One Productivity App Because Notion + Todoist + Budget Apps Felt Too Fragmented – Early Access Thoughts?

Founder here so take this with that in mind - but I built FocusFlow Planner (focusflowplanner.app) specifically because I couldn't find one app that handled all the things I was actually trying to track daily.

It's currently in private testing but sharing here because this is exactly the use case it's built for.

What it covers in one place:

  • Daily schedule + Top 3 priorities
  • Budget tracking (fixed bills + daily spend)
  • Fitness, mood, and gratitude
  • Goals with progress tracking
  • A life score that ties the week together
  • AI coach that reads your actual data before responding

On security - I know there's a lot of concern right now about apps cutting corners: session data stored in the browser, flat files instead of a database, no real auth. FocusFlow doesn't do any of that. No passwords stored anywhere - login is a one-time code sent to your email, nothing else. Sessions are managed server-side with expiry, not in a file or your browser. Every API endpoint requires authentication before it'll respond. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing sold or shared with third parties, no ads.

This app stores your finances, your mood, your daily routine - that's genuinely sensitive, so the security had to be right.

The thinking behind it: apps like Notion are too open-ended - you spend more time building your system than using it. Todoist is great for tasks but ignores the rest of your life. FocusFlow is deliberately structured so there's nothing to configure, you just open it and fill in your day.

Works on any device - phone, tablet, desktop - no app store needed.

Still in testing phase, sign up on site if you want early access.
