In-laws house is a trigger ? Why?

I have been trying to figure out why I get a migraine the next morning every time I go to my

In-laws’s house for dinner (1-2x per month). I don’t drink alcohol, have experimented with not eating certain ingredients, always carry a water bottle, they don’t have pets, their lighting is warm, there’s no music and it’s not absurdly loud.

Can a place truly be a trigger ? Any ideas on what it might be ?
