Razer Blackshark V2 X micropone problem win11

I built a new computer with an Asrock B650i Lightning WiFi motherboard, and when connected, my headphones started working worse, and the microphone stopped working completely, even though Windows 11 sees it. Previously, I connected headphones without a splitter to an Asus Rog Ally Z1, and they still work fine. Has anyone else had the same problem? If so, is there a solution?
