Progesterone Suppositories… and sex question

TLDR: Is it unsafe for my husband’s skin to come in contact with the dissolved progesterone suppository capsule goop?

So I’ve been taken progesterone suppositories 3 times a day for about a month and have about a month left.

If you’ve never taken them, the capsules dissolve in your vagina and turn into a toothpaste-like substance that drips out of you all day long. It’s really super cool to deal with 🫠

Anyway, because of this my husband and I can only have sex in the small windows before the capsules insertion and after a shower, but you can never quite get it 100% cleaned out. I do wonder if it’s safe for him to be in minor contact with this dissolved capsule solution. Does anyone know if this toothpaste-like substance can have any long term effect with skin contact to a male?

We just got thinking about it this morning and might just stop until I’m off the suppositories.
