Which brand skill

Hey people I’m getting ready to start my league and I wanna start as an elementalist. I enjoy the brand playstyle but which brand would be best to use? I know storm brand got buffed and penance got nurfed and in the past I’ve played wintertide brand. I’m looking for good clear speed but also good damage for bossing. Any advice is much appreciated
