Undervolted my 5090 today. Worried about driver updates

I’m running it at 0.9@2780 rn and it’s been stable in multiple games for hours. My worry is new drivers. I’m awaiting crimson desert on the 19th of March. Should I download its game ready drivers when they come out? Do drivers have a history of messing up UV stability?
