DTE billing email?

Did anyone else get an email saying, “Whoops, we screwed up; your payment is going to decline for insufficient funds even though you have plenty of funds. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Our bad. Please submit your payment again.” I’m paraphrasing, of course.
